An Italian fashion brand with 8 years of history, specializing in premium women’s clothing. The brand had over 12k unique monthly visitors and was investing ~€12k/month in Meta Ads and Google Shopping. Owners noticed high click-through rates but low mobile conversion (2.3%), which limited profit growth
Task
Conduct a CRO audit of the mobile PDP and checkout
Identify UX blockers reducing conversions from paid traffic
Propose quick changes that could be implemented without a full redesign

User Insights & Behavior Analysis
- Used Hotjar and GA4 to analyze mobile user behavior
- Found that 64% of users left the page before engaging with the CTA
Product Page Optimization
- Reduced PDP load time from 4.2s to 2.1s registering
- Moved the size guide and return policy higher on mobile
- Added a sticky “Add to Cart” button for continuous CTA visibility.
