We are currently looking for a Product Manager who combines product thinking, a delivery approach, and business orientation.
Your role
You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle:
from vision and pre-sales → to stable delivery, scaling, and improving efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Product & Delivery
- Forming product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Defining scope, goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Planning releases, milestones, resources, and deadlines
- Managing risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations
- Continuous process optimisation and product efficiency improvement
- Working with clients and business
- Active participation in presales: discovery, assessments, proposals
- Communication with clients, C-level and key stakeholders
- Preparation of presentations, reports, statuses
- Balancing client interests and company commercial goals
- Team and leadership
- Management of cross-functional teams (up to 10-13+ people)
- Supporting motivation, stability, and low turnover in teams
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Background in delivery, planning, quality control
- Presales experience (estimation, proposal, discovery)
- Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
Would be a plus
- Technical background (development / QA / system analysis)
- Experience in building training programmes or internal processes
- Experience in scaling products or delivery models
- Experience in managing complex enterprise or B2B products
